Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. The only exception is for products damaged during shipping.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Email us at ayanalikhan3705@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order number.
Can I request a custom colour or set? We occasionally accept custom orders for bulk or bridal requirements. Email us at ayanalikhan3705@gmail.com with the subject line "Custom Order."
How should I care for my pieces? Store your pieces flat in the zahvana box provided. Avoid applying perfume directly on resin surfaces.
