At Jelly Bangles, every product is handcrafted with care in Jaipur and quality-checked before dispatch.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery for:

  • Product received damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • Request within 7 days of delivery
  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging must be intact

2. HOW TO REQUEST EXCHANGE

Step 1: Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery Step 2: Share order number + reason + unboxing video Step 3: We review within 2 business days Step 4: If approved, we arrange pickup and send replacement at no extra cost

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Ordered product is out of stock
  • Damaged product and exchange not possible due to stock
  • Wrong product and exchange not possible

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved within 2 business days
  • Credited within 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 2-3 business days
  • Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Refund goes to original payment method only

4. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

We do not accept returns if:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • No unboxing video provided
  • Request raised after 7 days
  • Product is used or worn
  • Original packaging missing

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

By Customer:

  • Cancel within 12 hours of order
  • Email or WhatsApp us immediately
  • After 12 hours — not possible as order enters processing

By Jelly Bangles:

  • If product goes out of stock — full refund within 5-7 business days
  • We will notify you immediately

6. SHIPPING ON EXCHANGE

  • Our error (damaged/wrong/defective): We bear all shipping charges
  • Any other approved reason: Customer bears return shipping

7. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Please contact us before raising any chargeback or payment dispute. We resolve all issues within 5 business days.
